Corporate Document Solutions, Inc. is a full-service custom digital laser and digital offset printer. We handle complex print and fulfillment projects for corporate and business clients, nonprofits, and government agencies. We seamlessly manage print as well as kitting, logistics and distribution. Corporate Document Solutions’ management staff and associates are experts in print. We consult with clients for possible ways to lower their print budget, streamline logistics, increase efficiency, and improve the overall quality of their print materials. We offer phenomenal daily customer service, quickly gaining our clients’ confidence. We’re flexible with quick turn times, and our customers love us because we are nimble and solve problems.
While CDS prints a large variety of print collateral, our prices are especially aggressive on our core products. These include manuals, booklets, coil books, spec sheets, brochures, binders with inserted materials, and other corporate print materials. Our 15,000 sf facility provides a variety of coordinating services.

Assembled Binders
Have your binder contents printed in black & white or full color. Your custom-printed pages will be 3-hole drilled and inserted into a black or white, 3-ring binder with clearview spine and cover. Give your binder the finishing touch with a full color, custom-printed front cover and spine. Does your content have multiple sections? Add sheet lifters, as well as custom-printed tab dividers for easy reference. Choose from regular tabs or upgrade to durable, clear Mylar reinforced tabs. Free digital proofs (PDF). Booklets
Choose to have your booklets printed in any combination of black & white and full color. We print from 8-page booklets on up to 100-page booklets. Choose from a variety of paper stocks to have your booklet printed with uncoated, silk, or gloss paper stock, and a possible gloss cover. Booklets are folded in half and stapled down the center (saddle stitched). They may also be finished with square fold binding for a clean look and easy stacking. Brochures
Have your brochures and newsletters printed in either black & white or full color. Brochures and newsletters are available to order online in standard 8.5″ x 11″ or 11″ x 17″ sizes. Choose from multiple paper stocks to print traditional, heavyweight or glossy documents. Do your brochures or newsletters fold? Cards
Cards are typically 8.5″ x 11″, folded in half down to a final size of 5.5″ x 8.5″, but can range in size larger or smaller depending upon your needs. Cards typically print in full color on 80 lb. gloss cover stock or other stock of your choice. Order blank cards, or choose double-sided printing and customize the inside of the card. Coil Books
Choose full color or black & white printing. Standard coil book sizes include 8.5″ x 11″ (full size coil book) or 5.5″ x 8.5″ (half size coil book). Choose from multiple paper stocks for traditional, heavyweight, or glossy book pages. Does your content have multiple sections? Add sheet lifters, and/or custom-printed tab dividers for easy reference. Choose regular tabs, or upgrade to durable, clear Mylar reinforced tabs. Add an optional clear acetate front cover for the most professional, highest quality look! Flyers
Flyers are a popular item here at CDS. Choose to print your flyers in black & white, which is often used for mass printing or manufacturing needs. Or print in 4 color for marketing purposes or for a high impact look. Flyers are available to order online in standard 8.5″ x 11″, 5.5″ x 8.5″, or 11″ x 17″ sizes.
