Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Dallas Texas 75211

Duration: Contract 6 Months with possibility of extension

Pay Range: $22.00-$23.00 hourly

Schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a contract position with a daily work schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed. The role involves supporting various administrative functions, including responding to information requests, dispatching work orders, preparing reports, and processing payroll and invoices. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:



  • Respond to internal and external requests for information in a timely manner.


  • Dispatch work orders and provide additional information using the mobile data system.


  • Initiate, compile, and prepare various monthly and quarterly reports accurately and on time.


  • Monitor, review, and investigate pending orders in the CIS system to ensure order completion.


  • Process payroll, purchasing card statements, travel cards, miscellaneous invoices, and meter history information for multiple work groups.


  • Perform all essential aspects and functions of the job, as well as any other specific job requirements as assigned.

Qualifications:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
