What You’ll Do:
The Customer Service Representative will answer questions and concerns surrounding consumer loan product offerings and service information, resolving customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assessing customer needs to support and promote a strong returning customer base and achieve a high level of consumer satisfaction.
