Job Description

Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Condition Monitoring Analyst. The Condition Monitoring Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting aggregated condition monitoring machine data to facilitate early and accurate detection of changes in equipment health, performance, operation, and application. The individual in this position also provides cost savings to the customer by making repair and operational recommendations to improve machine availability and productivity. Seeking candidates with parts and heavy equipment technical service knowledge. College degree, a plus.

Physical requirements must be met for the Condition Monitoring Analyst job, including the ability sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Able to lift, carry and maneuver items up to 20 pounds in weight. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. Starting Compensation Range: $27.79- $34.34 per hour


Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, candidate qualifications, education, geographic location, and other relevant business factors. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance e.g. discretionary incentive programs or non-discretionary incentive plans.
