Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Triaxle Dump Truck Driver with a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class B or A) to join our team. The driver will be responsible for the safe operation of a triaxle dump truck to transport and deliver materials such as gravel, asphalt, dirt, sand, and construction debris to and from job sites, quarries, and disposal locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a triaxle dump truck in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with all DOT regulations and company policies.

• Transport and deliver materials to construction sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns.

• Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials while maintaining truck balance and weight limits.

• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, hours of service, and vehicle inspections in compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, job site supervisors, and team members regarding delivery schedules and site access.

• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the dump truck.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class B (Class A preferred) with a clean driving record.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a dump truck or similar heavy vehicle.

• Knowledge of DOT safety regulations and local traffic laws.

• Ability to operate the vehicle in tight spaces, on rough terrain, and under varying weather conditions.

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and DOT physical.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hauling asphalt or aggregates.

• Familiarity with local job sites, quarries, and landfills.

• Mechanical aptitude for performing minor truck maintenance.
