Safilo is looking for a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Specialist. The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for supporting site operations, including digital merchandising and marketing functions. They will work closely with inventory planning, accounting, production, and marketing teams. The responsibilities below show a glimpse into the role's key functions and the impactful contributions this position makes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Executing e-commerce strategies that maximize product sales, revenue and optimize the user experience.
• Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly performance trackers through GA4 and Shopify.
• Pulling consumer insights out of Attentive and Klaviyo and developing a consumer health report
• Working with cross-functional teams on daily eCommerce operation scope, progress, and technical solutions.
• Ensuring the website displays the correct user interfaces, information, product images, and videos. Coming up with solutions for any concern.
• Maintain accurate launch documentation (attributes / tagging template / etc)
• Ensure back-end product data is up to date and correct (weight, price, grades, swatches, etc)
• Perform weekly and Pre-launch site audits, front and back end
• Maintain inventory feed, ensure inventory is allocated and available and replenished as needed.
• Support in defining and executing weekly and monthly marketing calendar
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members of different backgrounds and skill sets, cultural experience.
• Ability to create and build campaigns in CRM tool
• A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and exercise discretion and good judgment.
• Ability to prioritize competing projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Action oriented and results driven.

Minimum Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Shopify experience required.
• GA4 experience required.
• Klaviyo/Attentive/CRM experience a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP is also a plus.
