We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing competitive estimates for commercial electrical projects , ensuring accuracy in pricing, labor, and material costs.

Location: Woodland Hills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial electrical construction projects
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform material take-offs, labor calculations, and cost analysis
• Work with vendors to obtain competitive pricing for materials
• Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accurate project scopes
• Ensure estimates comply with NEC codes, local regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electrical estimating for commercial projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and bid processes
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Accubid, Bluebeam, or equivalent
• Ability to assess labor units, change orders, and contract terms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to develop cost-effective solutions
