Job OverviewThe Entry Level Technician performs a variety of pharmacy related tasks including but not limited to: Responsibilities and DutiesTreating patients with the highest professional and ethical standardsEnsure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for our patients and they demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality at all timesManage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions all while providing caring service that exceeds customer expectationsAbility to move within the pharmacy in data entry, production, and laboratory.Other Duties As Assigned.Education and ExperienceEducation: High School Diploma or EquivalentCertified Pharmacy Technician a plusExperience: No experience required, we will train youKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAttention to Detail is a must.Ability to stand for prolonged periods of timeAbility to lift 40 lbsStandards for quality, cleanliness and safety must be consistently met.Must be collaborative and able to perform as part of a teamKnowledge of and follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures.Ability to take direction from the Pharmacist.Must have a deep understanding of applicable regulations and adhere to them at all times.Knowledge of applicable pharmacy software a plus(s).Ability to read, write, and perform simple math.
