Troubleshoot and repair fiber-optic internet outages, restoring service as quickly as possible. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Install and secure fiber-optic cable and modems in office spaces, ensuring reliable connectivity. Required Skills & Experience: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience operating common hand and power tools. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR check required).
