All American Roof Pros is looking for a dependable, hands-on Gutter Technician to join our Production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with a stable, team-oriented company.
As a Gutter Technician, you’ll work directly on customers’ homes performing gutter installations and maintenance, with opportunities to assist in roofing, siding, and window-related repairs as needed.
This is a full-time position with an hourly pay range of $15–$22 per hour, based on experience.
Install, repair, and maintain residential gutter systems
Assist with roofing, siding, and window repairs when needed
Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
Work safely on ladders, roofs, and job sites
Follow company quality standards and safety guidelines
Communicate clearly with team members to complete jobs efficiently
Support other production tasks as assigned
Previous experience in gutters, roofing, siding, or construction is a plus—but not required
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and outdoors in varying conditions
Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
