About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong interest or background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. This is a full-time onsite position based out of our Katy, Houston office. You will play a vital role in driving our ERP sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and connecting with key decision-makers across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new qualified leads for ERP and enterprise software solutions through outbound outreach (phone, email, social).
• Research and profile accounts to understand their ERP needs and challenges.
• Engage and nurture prospects to secure discovery meetings for senior sales executives.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate contact, activity, and deal information.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align outreach with current ERP offerings and value propositions.
• Consistently meet or exceed targets for outreach volume, lead qualification, and meetings booked.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software sales or as an SDR/BDR.
• Prior exposure to ERP software (Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)—either through selling or supporting—is highly preferred .
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and B2B sales cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to work from the office in Katy, Houston .
