Primary responsibilities:

• Assemble Ford truck seats

• Perform tasks on a continuously moving assembly line, rotating every 2 hours

• Train on all three assembly stations

• Use torque drivers for assembly tasks

• Perform manual assembly requiring good dexterity

• Work in a climate-controlled environment

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

• Ability to use hand tools such as torque drivers

• Availability to work overtime, including on short notice

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and reach throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely

• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and gripping tasks

• Sufficient manual dexterity to perform detailed assembly tasks

• Willingness and ability to rotate roles/stations regularly

Available Shifts:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Tuesday to Friday: 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM

• Swing: Friday & Saturday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, Sunday & Monday 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM

• Must be available for training during the first week from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
