- Manage our member-only Continuity Club-think concierge-level customer care.
Social Media & Digital Marketing - Own the content calendar and lead all things social: TikToks, Reels, posts, engagement.
- Design visual content using Canva and maintain a consistent, on-brand voice.
- Respond to followers and online reviews to cultivate a positive digital presence.
Email Campaigns & Content - Create and distribute our monthly e-newsletter (layout, graphics, copy, scheduling).
- Track email KPIs and report results to influence future content.
Team Collaboration & Brand Support - Assist with brand-aligned marketing campaigns and internal content brainstorms.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital and physical materials.
Reporting & Optimization - Conduct post-event and campaign reviews to evaluate effectiveness.
- Track metrics and suggest improvements for future outreach efforts.
Budgeting & Vendor Management - Manage marketing and event budgets, vendor coordination, and materials sourcing.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Planning, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in marketing, event planning, or community engagement roles.
- Proven experience in social content creation, video editing, and campaign execution.
- Proficient with Canva, Google Workspace, Asana, and basic video tools.
- Valid NC driver's license and ability to attend off-site events (some evenings/weekends required).
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
