We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.

About the Role

We're looking for a Copywriter to craft clear, compelling content that helps our customers and prospects understand who we are and the value we bring. You'll write for our blog, website, and social channels - creating content that builds brand awareness, drives organic growth, and supports our sales efforts. From educational long-form articles to punchy social posts, your writing will help position HappyRobot as a trusted, memorable voice in our space.

Must-Have
  • 1-3 years of experience in content writing or copywriting
  • Excellent writing skills across formats: long-form articles, short-form social, and conversion-oriented copy
  • Ability to create educational and persuasive content tailored to our audience
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
  • Experience writing with a consistent brand voice
Nice-to-Have
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Semrush
  • Experience collaborating with sales or product teams for enablement content
  • Knowledge of basic design principles or comfort working with designers
  • Interest in or experience with AI.
