Marketing Intern

RIVANNA is seeking a dynamic marketing intern to contribute to the rapid growth of our emerging medical device company. The marketing internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in medical device marketing and customer relationship management (CRM). As an intern, you will work closely with the marketing team to help develop and implement marketing strategies, create marketing materials, and assist with various marketing campaigns and conferences. This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about marketing, healthcare, and making a positive impact on people's lives and who are interested in learning more about the role of CRM in driving commercial success.

Responsibilities

1. Support data and metrics collection from marketing campaigns
2. Assist the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
3. Execute marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, and email campaigns)
4. Update company customer relationship management systems (CRM)
5. Help prepare for company trade show events

Requirements

Education and Requirements

• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques and channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (Adobe, Microsoft, Hubspot, Google Analytics)
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Strong desire to learn along with enthusiastic and professional drive
• Current enrollment in a related BS or Masters degree
