DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

• Set up, operate and maintain machinery.
• Assure quality of products and follow all ISO procedures.
• Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the work shift.
• Frequently lift 25–50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above the shoulders.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, be able to meet hourly production goals and adapt to changes.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs consistently.
• Must possess ability to communicate with team members, supervisors, and managers.
• Follow all other safety rules and know emergency protocols.
• Manufacturing areas, exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Pass Drug Screen
• Ability to follow written and verbal instruction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a repetitive basis.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Previous Line operation is REQUIRED.
• ABILITY TO WORK 3RD SHIFT
• 3rd shift-Sunday- Thursday 10:45 PM-7:00 AM

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.

Duties

• Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble components according to specifications.
• Fabricate parts as needed for production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Work collaboratively on the assembly line, contributing to team goals and production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory environment.
• Assist in the operation of forklifts for material handling when necessary.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required, demonstrating physical stamina for factory work.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus, but not mandatory (training may be provided).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
