Code and create scripts of various complexities within the NetSuite environment
Perform configuration and business process testing for NetSuite requests. This includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searches, reports, dashboards, and user roles to support business needs
Actively participate in system enhancements including development, testing, data validation, documentation, user support and on-going application maintenance
Work with business leaders to ensure appropriate internal controls are considered for any enhancements and/or integrations
Prepare customized reports, KPI dashboards, queries, saved searches, and workflows within the NetSuite platform, as requested
Identify and evaluate opportunities for application optimization, integration, and/or development
Support accounting and operational users throughout the organization with an emphasis on inventory management and costing to produce reliable financial statements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations, and integrations
Advise business leaders and users on best practices in order to maximize NetSuite usage
Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support tasks for all NetSuite applications associated with inventory costing and management, ERP, manufacturing, and financial systems
Administer user accounts and permissions
Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, appropriate security/user segregation of duties, and change management protocols
Evaluate and redesign/rebuild existing NetSuite user security profiles
Review user access with finance leadership on a quarterly basis
Perform regular system updates while minimizing user downtime and resolving system issues
Manage finance systems-related projects, collaborate with functional teams affected, and conduct quarterly meetings with finance leadership to align priorities
Serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for NetSuite, providing on-going support to end users
Provide training and support to all NetSuite users
Perform ad hoc, special projects, and other requests as assigned
