Description

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Managed Services Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional support and service to NetSuite installed base customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive NetSuite support to clients, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process optimization, with a deep understanding of how NetSuite can be leveraged to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Manage and coordinate client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of services and satisfaction.
• Analyze client data and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains specific to the manufacturing industry.
• Configure and optimize NetSuite settings to meet client-specific needs, best practices, and industry standards for manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features, functionalities, and industry best practices, particularly those relevant to manufacturing.

• 3+ years of experience in a NetSuite Managed Services role.
• Strong accounting and finance background with a solid understanding of NetSuite's core financial modules.
• Experience working within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
