Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager located in Manhattan, NY. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage office equipment, provide customer service, and ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, maintaining office supplies, handling correspondence, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the office.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Proficiency with Office Equipment and general office operations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience or a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
  • Ability to log in DOB Now website for filing projects and uploading documents
  • Familiar with working with Expediters
  • 365 Office including Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, Word ....etc.
