Job Description

Washes all areas throughout the property by performing the following duties.

• Operate pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces
• Sprays sidewalks, stairs, grills, pools or other areas as assigned with sprayer nozzle or immerses objects in washing and rinsing solutions to remove debris
• Dislodges debris from objects
• Pours specified quantity of soap or chemicals into water or other solutions
• Cleans sidewalks, curbs, roads and buildings
• Keep tools and equipment in good repair
• Assists in the training of fellow employees as it pertains to their area
• Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push and or/move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, for up to eight (8) hour
