Robotics Engineer

Key Role:

Support the research and development of robotic and unmanned systems across multiple operational domains and mission areas. Function at the intersection of software and hardware to design, build, test, and demonstrate new robotic capabilities that address complex client problems in sensing, autonomy, and human interaction. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with electrical or mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of coding with C++ and Python
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience AutoCAD programs such as CREO Parametric, and electrical CAD programs such as Visio
• Knowledge of motion control systems
• Ability to be flexible, a self-starter, and manage complete projects

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
