Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Outreach:
  • Conduct 200+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential leads.
  • Qualify prospects of inbound leads and ensure a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
  • Utilize email, call and text channels to complement your outreach efforts.
  • Appointment Setting:
  • Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and address questions or concerns.
  • Lead and Pipeline Management:
  • Research and identify new leads to build a robust pipeline.
  • Maintain meticulous records of prospect interactions in the CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Collaboration and Feedback:
  • Work closely with Account Executives to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide insights from prospect interactions to help improve strategies and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 1+ years in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound-focused role.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed outbound activity and appointment-setting targets.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex information.
  • Work Ethic:
