Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly


• Hiring and training team members


• Ongoing team training


• Customer consultations on skincare, tanning, spa, and beauty products


• Ensuring policies and procedures are followed


• Maintaining a clean and organized spa


• Opening/closing the business


• Managing administrative paperwork and goal tracking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Leadership/management experience


• At least 18 years old


• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours/day)


• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance


• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
