Starr Tours is actively seeking professional, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Motorcoach Bus Drivers . We are hiring both experienced CDL drivers and individuals interested in earning their CDL through our paid ELDT training program .

Experienced CDL Drivers

If you already hold a Class A or Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement , we'd love to speak with you.

Paid CDL ELDT Training Program (No CDL Required)

Don't have a CDL yet? Start your driving career with Starr.

• Get paid while earning your Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement
• Starr covers training, testing, and licensing costs
• Includes FMCSA ELDT certification (classroom + behind-the-wheel)
• Training program valued at $6,500+ , provided at no cost to you
• Direct path to full-time employment upon successful completion

No prior commercial driving experience required-just a clean driving record, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

About the Position
As a Starr motorcoach driver, you will join our team of highly trained professionals who expertly and safely operate our beautiful fleet of Prevost motorcoaches. In addition to operating the motorcoach, our drivers serve as primary contact with our valued passengers. Providing the ultimate in safety and service has been the hallmark of Starr for 75 years.

Starr drivers operate both charter and tour trips , including:

• Single & Multi-day tours throughout the East Coast and Canada
• Single & Multi-day Charter work with sports teams, universities, schools, and corporate clients

No matter the trip, you'll find the work rewarding and varied.

High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CDL Class A or B (or willingness to obtain through our paid program)
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug & alcohol screening, background check, and be able to obtain CDL Permit if needed.
• Strong communication skills and professional customer service attitude
• Commitment to safety and reliability
• At least 25 years old
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, mid-days, evenings, weekends, and overnight travel as needed
