Job Description

This full-time role supports students from Pre-K through 12th grade in a K-12 school setting located in Brandon, VT. The position offers opportunities to provide both one-on-one and small group instructional assistance Monday through Friday during the academic calendar year under a contract arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized support to students requiring extra help
• Assist teachers by managing small groups to enhance learning outcomes
• Adapt to varying educational needs from Pre-K to 12th grade
• Maintain a positive, supportive learning environment consistent with school policies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Associates Degree or higher
• Valid Paraprofessional Certification
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or substitute teacher preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students
