An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in teletherapy to support young learners in an early childhood setting. This contract position is designed for dedicated professionals ready to make a meaningful impact on the speech and language development of children aged 3 to 5 years.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and provide therapy to preschool-aged children with speech and language disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed to meet diverse learning needs.
• Utilize innovative teletherapy strategies and resources to engage young learners effectively.
• Provide training and support to families in fostering speech and language development at home.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).
• Proven experience in delivering teletherapy services, particularly with early childhood populations.
• Strong understanding of speech and language development milestones for children aged 3-5 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students and families.
• Ability to manage a caseload of varied speech and language needs within the teletherapy format.

• This position is remote, serving an early childhood program in Salem, OR.
