Under the direct supervision of more senior Copywriters, you'll learn and practice the fundamentals of the craft and begin to implement your knowledge into everyday work. You'll be constantly observing, asking questions and pitching ideas. With more experienced writers to guide you, you'll be able to take big risks and dream up the impossible.
Partnering with Designers, you'll see ideas through from conception to production. From short, catchy, SEO-friendly headlines to entertaining content on social, you'll do it all-and never the same way twice.
Responsibilities - Support the creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept development
- Complete research projects and other day-to-day requests
- Assisting in asset creation and delivering work that makes us proud
- Hone a strong, strategic sense to concept against creative briefs
- Stay current on the latest industry trends
- Pay close attention to the details: i.e. grammar
- Maintaining the highest quality on creative deliverables
- Take in constructive criticism in positive manner to grow your skills further
- Proactively find ways to support the creative team
- Actively participate in meetings
- Taking direction and feedback with professionalism
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with the team
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Communications, Creative Writing or Advertising/Portfolio school
- Internship or less than 1 year experience in an advertising or marketing agency
- Portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking
- Creative writing pieces
- General awareness and understanding of the digital landscape
- Drive to learn, ask questions, participare and testing out new ideas

Compensation Range: $61,000 - $67,000/year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
