**Job Title: Medical Device Assembler - 2nd Shift** **Job Description** + Join our team as an Assembler on the 2nd shift, responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices, primarily in a clean room environment. + This role involves the formulation of polymers and spray coating formulations, and the operation of various equipment and machinery to produce medical devices. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery to produce medical devices according to specifications. + Follow manufacturing instructions and accurately update job documentation for traceability. + Prepare products for packing and sterilization. + Inspect products using a microscope. + Ensure all activities comply with GMPs. + Set up coating machines and perform coating, inspection, and folding of balloon catheters. + Prepare excipient and spray coating formulations, and test these formulations. + Package sterile and non-sterile finished or semi-finished goods. + Identify supplies that need replenishment and build components needed for top-level work orders. + Complete cleaning activities as required. + 2nd Shift: 2pm start time Monday through Friday + Start times may be adjusted depending on the specific operations assigned. We do ask teammates to work overtime on weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) if needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in English (medium level) + Willingness to work overtime + Comfortable working with chemicals + 1+ year of experience in medical device manufacturing + Experience with or openness to using a microscope + Familiarity with cleanroom/gowning and de-gowning processes **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or equivalent education + Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical or aseptic formulation industries **Why Work Here?** Join a forward-thinking team poised for growth with anticipated FDA approval in the US next year. The role requires standing throughout the shift and includes two 30-minute breaksone on the clock and one off the clock.
