K2 Pure Solutions, founded in 2010, is a Chlor-Alkali manufacturer that uses inherently safer technology to produce chemicals such as bleach for water disinfection in Northern California communities. Bleach is a preferred water treatment chemical, replacing chlorine worldwide. The company produces bleach onsite from salt, water, and electricity, eliminating risks associated with chlorine railcars. Other products include chlorine, hydrogen, hydrochloric acid, and caustic soda.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, flow diagrams, P&ID's, and blueprints.
2. Work with low voltage systems.
3. Install conduit, bracing, and fittings.
4. Follow safety procedures diligently.
5. Calibrate instruments and equipment.
6. Install tubing and perform general instrument technician duties.

Competencies

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing instrumentation.
• Qualified or ability to become qualified to operate man-lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and respirators.
• Knowledge of PLCs, preferably Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Knowledge of Miro-Motion Mass Flow meters, Hi-Tech Analyzers, level and flow meters.
• Proficiency with PC, MS Office, Excel, and Word.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ETEC degree preferred or relevant experience.

Compensation: The starting pay ranges from $43.26 to $75.00/hr, depending on education, experience, and skills. This is part of a comprehensive benefits package. Pay ranges may change.
